The Bad Hair Dilemma

The Scenario: You see a friend wearing a new hair style that looks absolutely ridiculous. The friend respects your point of view and asks privately for your honest opinion on the hair style. What is your response?

You tell your friend diplomatically that you think the hair style is terrible.

You tell your friend that you think the hairstyle is okay, but you have heard others, many others, commenting on how awful it is.

You rave on and on about how much you love the hairstyle. You say you wish everyone was wearing it.

You say you like the hairstyle, and find out the name of the hair stylist who did your friend's hair. You then go to the hair stylist and negotiate compensation for not telling your friend how terrible this hairstyle looks.

You praise the horrible looking hair, and have your hair styled the same way so your friend is not alone in looking ridiculous.
